Entrance: Enter main house at Front Door during this sale. We reserve the right to revise as needed throughout the day for our sale.
Checkout: Along walk and driveway canopies.
Tickets: Available as placeholder one hour before sale usually and are located on orange traffic cone at the end of driveway. Take next lowest number. If raining, it will be revised to dry location at the house.
We must be able to see all items being purchased. “Start-A-Pile” piles will need to be sorted and displayed such that all merchandise can be seen so a discounted price can be determined at check-out.
Credit Cards & Other Info: When using a credit card, we are charged 3% processing and therefore the customer utilizing a charge card is billed the 3%. You are responsible for removal/loading as help is very limited. You will need to arrange for appropriate level of help and schedule for pick up as we no longer load items or is very limited based on health. Also, remember to bring covers or moving blankets, boxes for post purchase movement as you may need them as well as bungee or tie downs etc.
