Thursday was our Hollywood Studios day and we made sure to spend time in Toy Story Land!! We enjoyed lunch at Roundup Rodeo BBQ, the new Toy Story themed restaurant, and it was delicious!! The meal is all you can eat and family style. You get bread, 3 types of salads, 4 types of meats, 4 sides of your choice, and dessert to share among the table. The atmosphere is fun and the food was really good. Roundup Rodeo BBQ is a great sit-down restaurant option at Hollywood Studios in my opinion!

We spent most of our day shopping in Disney Springs and hanging out at the hotel pool. In addition, we enjoyed a fun character breakfast at Ohana and delicious dinner at Ohana! The food at this restaurant is so good and the character experience at breakfast was perfect for my little one to enjoy. I highly recommend stopping here during your visit!!

Today was Magic Kingdom day and we had to check out the new attraction, Tron!! This new ride puts guests in a motorcycle position and zooms them around an indoor and outdoor track!!

Today was Epcot day!! We snacked our way around the park and checked out many beautiful topiaries for the Flower and Garden Festival! The food was so good and the creativity with the topiaries is astonishing. A visit to Epcot isn’t complete without a visit to Club Cool for free soda samples. We also experienced a very active aquarium today in the Seas Pavilion.… check out the stingrays and sea turtle!!

We are staying at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and the newly renovated rooms are amazing!! The Incredibles theme is great and not overly done. I love the clean, sleek feeling of the rooms. Having the monorail for access to Magic Kingdom and Epcot is a huge bonus. I’m excited for our stay here this week!

Disney announced today the Star Wars Galactic Star Cruiser Experience is closing permanently. The last voyage starts on September 28, 2023. It’s not too late to get your experience in. Contact me to book your stay for this summer!

Minion Land is coming soon to Universal Orlando Resort!!!

Beginning Summer 2023, Illumination’s Minions are taking over an entire street at Universal Orlando. Blast your way to supervillain stardom in the new Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast attraction. Visit Illumination’s Minion Cafe where mischief is always on the menu. Get a sweet treat at Bake My Day and more. It’s Minion mayhem like you’ve never experienced before!

I’m on a food kick this week apparently. 😂 If you get a chance to cruise with Disney, I highly recommend dining at Palo for brunch!! The buffet area is huge with so many delicious options. AND you have a menu to choose additional options from… try the chicken parmesan… you won’t be disappointed!

Walt Disney World’s Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot is in full swing!! One of my favorite things about the event are the outdoor kitchens!! The food and drinks are amazing!! Did you know the event runs until July 5th this year?! That’s perfect for those early Summer vacations!!

It’s Foodie Friday and I’m in the mood for a sweet treat. Check out this vanilla milkshake from Beaches and Cream’s To Go window!!! It’s delicious!! If you’re a chocolate lover, don’t worry. Beginning May 14, The Edna Mode Experience returns to Disney’s Hollywood Studios as part of a reimagined Pixar Place, where you’ll also encounter Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, Frozone, and Sulley from “Monsters, Inc."

On April 22nd, Moana started meeting guests at Discover Island at Animal Kingdom theme park!!!

Disney just announced the dates for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party coming to Walt Disney World this Fall!!! This is one of my favorite events to attend. It will definitely put you in the Halloween Spirit!! The party will be running from select dates in August through the beginning of November. Who's ready to start planning their trip?! 🙋‍♀️The Fall is my favorite season, haha!!
