I've not been THAT buried in electioneering or Pre Jitters, to get some of these done...
This one has the best of Intel's 9th Generation, the i7-9850H. As I've said in this space before, that "H" is very important, it means that this computer will allow a 3rd or 4th Gen NVMe SSD to run using all four "lanes" of PCIe available to it, as opposed to the "U" variety which are limited to three... A huge hit to performance...
In my experience these are comparable to the AMD 5500u, I've run both extensively and they average around 13,500 on a Passmark CPU Test. About twice what any 10th Gen "U" will do, and better than 10th GEN "H" processors as well. 10th Gen sucked, across the board, they are very inexpensive right now, and in some cases are worth it, the last laptops with onboard DVD-RW's all 10th Gens...
So check it out, a good deal, last long, run good...
