Can my week get any worse?
My condolences to my patient's family. She was a fighter, did her best to continue to live and fought for her life to see her children grow. She was always a positive person, despite being in pain. Cancer is still an illness that needs more research to be done. I am happy to have the honor to treat your symptoms and concerns with acupuncture. And hoped that I brought some relief in your life. Please rest in paradise.
Please do get annually check ups/ preventative care. These check ups can save your life and time. Let us put our health a priority before anything else. If you can't be there for yourself, you can't be there for the people you love. Self love, self care is important.

We did it!!! Stayed til all teams left! Congratulations to those who placed 1st and 2nd!!!! We were too busy to watch the games. We hope that we helped most athletes with their pain and pain management. We apologize to those that we couldn’t get to. This is our first event to attend and thank everyone for being patient with us. Now for future planning we know what athletes would need and want. Thank you everyone for the love and support of our business! Until next tournament, see yall on Labor Day weekend!!!

Some of you might not know this, but I am an alumni of Mankato state university. Yesterday was finals week for the students. What better way to help relief stress from their studies and also educate how acupuncture can help heal them!
It was great to reminisce the memories. And see the relaxation of the students. I hope my education helped them to believe more in integrative health. I hope to do this in the future again!!

Are you an Avatar the Last Airbender Fan? Did you know that water bending was based off of Tai Chi? It’s because Tai Chi is about balance, and flexibility just like water.
ATLAB uses a lot of Eastern medicine theories. Like qi (energy), the elements, channels and meridians.
Aang said to Katara in episode 1, when he found out that she was a water bender:
“The monks told me, bending is about energy and balance. By feeling the energy around you, you can find balance. By finding balance you can feel the energy.”
So I challenge you all to find your balance. Try out tai chi or other ways to start your day (tomorrow) that will give you some positive energy! Your goal is to find your balance!

Why are we called Great Guardians Acupuncture?
In Chinese Mythology the Celestial Animals were apart of Chinese culture and Feng Shui. They are the Azure Dragon (East), Vermillion Bird (South), White Tiger (West), Dark warrior (North).
The Azure Dragon represents vitality, growth, and renewal.
The Vermillion Bird symbolizes warmth, passion, and vitality.
The White Tiger embodies strength, courage, and protection.
The Black Tortoise (Dark Warrior) symbolizes wisdom, longevity, and endurance.
They are part of the principles of energy in Taoist Cosmology.
They play a significant role in understanding the human body, its interactions with the environment, and the principles of health and disease. These celestial beings are associated with specific directions, seasons, organs, elements, and other aspects of life.
In TCM, maintaining balance among these celestial forces is essential for health and harmony. Imbalances, such as excessive heat or cold, stagnation or deficiency of Qi, can lead to illness.

Today we have successfully open our acupuncture services to your community! We are a traveling acupuncture service, and we will bring our acupuncture services right to your door. Where you can start your healing journey in your own homes.
Why did I decide to be a traveling acupuncturist?
In the past, it was common practice for doctors to make house calls, providing medical care and treatment directly in the comfort of patients' homes. This personalized approach to healthcare was not only convenient but also fostered a deeper sense of trust and connection between patients and their healthcare providers.
It starts from a deep understanding of the struggles patients face when they're in discomfort and unable to make it to the doctor's office. I've also seen the struggles of our Hmong elderly just trying to find a way to get to their doctors appointments.
Traveling to my patients, I believe will give them a sense of relief when they don't have to worry to "be on time" or how to get their.
