With the help of Dossandra of Cruise Planners our recent trip to Maui thoroughly exceeded our expectations. After hearing our preferences and desires, she recommended the Four Seasons Maui which ended up being the perfect resort for us. She took extra effort to communicate with the hotel management to guarantee we would receive an upgraded room and to ensure that our excursions were prearranged. In addition she is very knowledgeable about the American Express travel benefits. The special “welcome” bottle of wine and other treats that she sent to our room were the icing on the cake!! Dear Dossandra - Thank you so much for planning our Alaska cruise. You looked out for us every step of the way. What a nice surprise to find a bottle of champagne from you in our room upon arrival. The balloons by the door were a hit as well; everyone said they helped them find their room! The ship, the food, the staff…..and then amazing Alaska! The glaciers were magnificent. What an experience. Our trip was great. Everything you said it would be. We certainly enjoyed it....a trip of a lifetime… ok, maybe a second trip will be in order…..thank you! Thank you!
