The coconut tree (Cocos nucifera), found throughout several parts of the Continent, is known as "Kalpavriksha" since every part of it is helpful in some way.
The coconut water contained within the nut is a delectable beverage.
It's called copra after it's dried, and it's used to make oil.
Coconut fiber, fruit (or meat), milk, oil, and water can all be consumed as food.
Coconut palms are also known as the Tree of Life because of their adaptability.

It's an exciting time to be a Ghanaian! The stakes have been raised to a new level.
Ghana's President has reinvented the country into the global economy as one that relies on its own resources and capabilities. He's challenging the way people think about economic development, and it's resonating all over Africa.
He discusses the new focus of the West African nation, which has continuously been one of the world's fastest expanding economies in recent years, in an exclusive conversation with FORBES AFRICA.
Kudos Mr. President 💪🏿🙏🏿🇬🇭

The Ayewa's pictured are made by forming clay into objects of the desired shape and heating them to high temperatures in a kiln.
Fun fact - Ayewa means tenderness of heart and kindness hence the Akan meal bowl is called the “Ayewa”
The Kwahu Earthenware is well regarded in Ghana has having an unmatched aroma and taste, providing health benefits as clay pots mix well with acidic food to perfectly balance out the PH level of what one cooks, and it is heat resistant as well.
