I LOVE DISNEY!
My first trip to Disney World was on a family vacation in 1991. I was 6 years old and it was a memorable experience that started a life long love of Disney. I remember it as truly being the happiest place on earth where I could learn and experience new things. Even though I live up north I have been more fortunate then some and through out my childhood I was able to visit Disney quite a few times. After college I worked at Disney World through the Disney College Program (Fall 2007) and I think this only cemented my love for this place. I am one of those crazy people who goes through withdraw when I can’t get to Disney once or twice a year and I will never get tired of visiting the parks.
Disney World has changed a lot since my first visit in 1991 but that magical feeling and experience is still there every time I visit. One reason I love planning trips both for myself and others. I love seeing the excitement of families going for the first time (or the hundredth time), I love to share my passion for Disney and what it means to me, and I love knowing that because I helped they will have a great vacation!
Personally, I am a Disney-on-a-budget type of person but I have also splurged once or twice. I have been on a few of the behind the scenes tours and I try new things as often as I can. One of my favorite things about Disney World is that you can be as busy or relaxed as you want and there as many free things to do as there are those you need to pay for.
A little about me: I am a high school teacher at an all boys boarding school in Exton, PA. I teach 10th grade Modern Global History and two 12th grade electives; Human Rights and Revolutions, and Anthropology.
