I have not posted in a long time. I've been busy living! But I've been on Arranmore Island off the coast of Co. Donegal for almost three months. Because of Covid I have been here longer than anticipated. I have taken MANY pictures. But I have been thinking how this island has a "Magical Realism" quality to it. It is alive, it shifts, the colors move, it does not stand still yet time does. Time seems to have its own rules here. I started taking photos and then using photoshop or filters (which I don't normally do with my travel pics) because I wanted the photos to match the way my brain sees this island. Bearing in mind I did not do much (if anything) to the last couple of nature shots. I may post more later but I'm quite enjoying doing things as the inspiration hits, not because I feel I need to.

In El Salvador. People here smile alot, everyone seems to want to talk to me. I wish my Spanish was better!!!!! If you are in central America put El Salvador on the list and take a car and explore. Some really cute and artistic towns.
