This is one of our recently completed projects in Hartford, CT. This photo doesn't capture the extensive tongue and groove deck replacement also done but does a good job at revealing the dramatic renovation that was underway.

A quick OUR CREWS are amazing bragging moment. After a long, HOT and tough summer another very impressive project has completed. Dayton Arena at Connecticut College. A double shingle rip down to a custom wood decking with an install of 4" of insulation, coverboard and Sarnafil thermoplastic membrane. It is a beautiful job which perfectly exemplifies the hard work of our crews here at Offshore Construction, Inc.

Offshore is so excited and honored to be a part of the team making this large revitalization project a reality. Wonderful news for Hartford. Offshore Construction is about 1/3 done with the intensive roofing, carpentry and sheet metal project that must be completed and intact before any of the interior (extensive) renovations can take form. Pumped that Allegra Anderson Wedding Photography has helped us capture some wonderful before/after photos to broadcast when this project completes!!
