* well established trail starts at 7545 feet & ends at the summit of 12388 feet
* hiking takes about 8 hours round trip for fit individuals

There are some things you have to know before going caving :
1. Go with a group
2. Equip yourself
* wear helmet and headlamp
* wear proper attire
* wear non-slip & closed toes shoes
* bring food, water & small first aid kit
3. Always look around you and try to remember any land mark
* mark your path using bright coloured tape
4. Explore the cave at your own risk
5. Leave the cave the way you find it
* do not leave any permanent indications
* do not litter
