This week featuring Dollywood!

My family & I have visited Dollywood multiple times through the years! We always have a blast here!

They have awesome rides, some of our favorites are Lightning Rod, Wild Eagle, Mystery Mine, FireChaser Express. Any food we've ever had here is always good, but we seem to always favor Reds Drive-In and of course the cinnamon bread at Grist Mill. While all the seasonal decor here is beautiful, Christmas is by far our favorite time of the year to see the decors!

You may even get lucky and see Dolly herself! While we have been there the same week as her we've not been there the same day as her, yet!

This week featuring Disney California Adventure!

My family and I also went here after going to Disneyland. Everyone needs to go here at least once, we had an absolute blast!

Disney California Adventure Park features eight themed lands; Buena Vista Street, Hollywood Lane, Grizzly Peak, Advengers Campus, Cars Land, San Fransokyo Square, Paradise Gardens Park, & Pixar Pier.

Popular rides here are the Pixar Pal-A-Round Swinging (you HAVE to get the swinging one), Radiator Springs Racers, Soarin’ Arount the World, Guardians of the GalaxyMission: BREAKOUT, Incredicoster! Disney Jr Dance Party is also very enjoyable for your little ones!

My family and I went to Disneyland 2 weeks ago! Disneyland is the original Disney theme park. Disneyland is the home of Sleeping Beautys Castle.

Popular rides here are Star Wars Rise of the Residence, Haunted Mansion, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railroad, Indian Jones Adventure, Matterhorn Bobsleds, Mr.Toads Wild Ride & Space Mountain.

This week featuring Hollywood Studios!

Hollywood Studios was once know as Disney MGM-Studios. This park has 8 sections; Hollywood Boulevard, Echo Lake, Commissary Lane, Grand Avenue, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Toy Story Land and Animation Courtyard.

Some of our favorite rides here were Tower of Terror, Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Slinky Dog Das, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster.

While you’re here don’t miss out on the Disney Jr section. Our girls loved dancing and visiting with Vampirina, Fancy Nancy, and Doc McStuffins.

When it comes to food be aware this is the only park you won’t find Dole Whip at. But you will find Hollywood and Vine character meal along with Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, Roundup Rodeo BBQ, 50's Prime Time Café and The Hollywood Brown Derby.

This week featuring Animal Kingdom!

Animal Kingdom has 6 “lands” The Oasis, Discovery Island, DinoLand U.S.A., Africa, Asia, and Pandora: The World of Avatar. You will also find the Tree of Life here.

Some of the more popular rides here are Avatar Flight of Passage, Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Na’vi River Journey, DINOSAUR, and Kali River Rapids. We are not usually the type to watch shows but we watched “Festival of the Lion King” and was so glad it we did, it was amazing!

Animal Kingdom is also home to our favorite character meal, Tusker House! The food was absolutely amazing! The interactions with Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Mickey was amazing! They took their time at our table and did signatures, pictures and of course hugs!

This week featuring Epcot!

Epcot is know as the park you can eat and drink around the world! While in Epcot you can visit Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, United States, Japan, Morocco, France, United Kingdom, and Canada. You can also shop in each county along with finding Disney Princesses in their home country’s!

Epcot offers 4 different festival themes through out the year. Festival of the Arts (runs mid-January through late February) Flower and Garden Festival (runs early March through late May) Food and Wine Festival (runs mid to late July through mid-November) Festival of the Holidays (runs late November through late December.)

Epcot also offers some favorite rides! Here you can ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (my favorite!) Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, Frozen Ever After, Soarin’ and Spaceship Earth! Epcot is the only other park that does nightly fireworks!

This week featuring Magic Kingdom!

Magic Kingdom is home to Cinderella’s Castle, Bibbidi Boppiti Boutique, Be Our Guest Restaurant, Cinderella’s Royal Table and The Crystal Palace. They have nightly fireworks that are absolutely magical, along with multiple daily parades.

Magic Kingdom has 6 different lands; Adventureland, Fantasyland, Frontierland, Liberty Square, Main Street, U.S.A., and Tomorrowland. Some favorite rides here are Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, It’s a Small World, Mad Tea Party, Peter Pan’s Flight, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Tron, Big Thunder Mountain, Haunted Mansion and Space Mountain. Some favorite quick foods foods here are popcorn (with the refillable buckets,) churros, dole whip and cheeseburger spring rolls.

There is so much to do here that we spent 2 days here instead of 1! We had the most fun and got to ride everything we wanted between the 2 days.

✨ Make it Happen Monday ✨ This week featuring Art of Animation Resort at Disney World! Our family stayed here this past August and we loved everything about it!! There’s 3 themed rooms; Little Mermaid (sleeps 4) Cars & Lion King (each sleep 6.) This resort has access to the skyliner along with the largest pool of all the resorts! The choice of activities are perfect for a rest day! We enjoyed tie-dying Mickey teeshirts on our rest day! Their dining options are great for kids from cheeseburgers to chicken tenders to pizza! We ate here at least one day each day. It’s not too early to start booking for 2025! $200 deposit is all you need to start your magical vacation!
