Have you ever been to Epcots Festival of the Arts?
We haven't been to this festival since 2019, but one of our favorite things that is still going on today was getting to paint part of the mural. It was pretty awesome knowing that we are a little part of Disney history.
Festival of the Arts is going on now until February 24th. It's not to late to book a little trip and go down to experience all the festival has to from food, to music, and of course Art!

Day 4- At Sea
This was our day at sea. We had an early breakfast and went to the Royal Greeting. This is a reserved princess meet and greet. We were able to see Belle, Snow White, Cinderella, and Tiana all in their Christmas dresses. After that, we had appointments at Bibbidi bobbidi boutique, unfortunately Ava was very tired and decided she didn't want to do her appointment, so Wade did it alone. We got our very own Captain Mickey! The appointment was followed by even more ice cream. After ice cream, Ava and Dusty decided to take a nap, so Wade and I decided to go on an adventure before dinner. We decided to become detectives at Midship Detective Agency and solve the mystery of the missing paintings and which villain stole them. When we solved the crime, it was dinner time. Our final dinner was at the Enchanted Garden. Wade decided to spend a few hours at Oceaneers Club, where he made a pillowcase and got to spend some time with his pal Pluto. Ava went to It's A Small World nursery. She was the oldest one there that night, and the cast members said she got to pick the movie of the night and helped "take care" of the babies. This gave Dusty and I a chance to pack up and set out our bags to be collected. We also decided to go check out Skyline Lounge and have a couple of cocktails before bed. Skyline Lounge is a virtual lounge, where Skyline changes to a different city around the world. We saw Athens, London, and Rome, but there were so many more we could have seen if we had stayed longer. It was the perfect way for all of us to end our night before going home the next morning.

Day 3: Castaway Cay and Pirate Night

I think this was collectively our favorite day! Even though we were supposed to go to Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, we were happy to see Castaway Cay! It was beautiful and so much fun. The water was clear, we swam and played in the sand for hours! When we got tired, we rinsed off at the showers before taking the tram back to the ship. Where we had room service for lunch and then went to Eye Scream and ate many an ice cream cone. Then we took a nap before dinner. It was Pirate night on the ship, so we had a Pirate themed dinner at Animators Pallate. After dinner, we headed up to watch Mickey and friends Pirate show, which our daughter absolutely loved!! We became part of Mickey Mouses Pirate crew and helped defeat the evil Captain Hook! Later that night, there was another Pirate show featuring Captain Jack Sparrow. Dusty and Ava fell asleep, so Wade and I got to do this one alone, it ended with some spectacular fireworks. It was the perfect end to our pirate filled day. .

Day 2- We docked in Nassau. We, as a family, decided to stay on board the ship. The kids went off to the kids' club and nursery while Dusty and I did a beer tasting. Of course, I forgot to take pictures of the beer tasting, but it was so fun. We tried five different beers ranging from 5 to 10 % ABV.
After we picked up the kids, we changed into out swimsuits and grabbed some lunch at Flo's Cafe before swimming. Dusty and Wade swam in the big pool and went on the Aquaduck slide about 6 times. Ava and I spent our time in Nemos Reef playing with our favorite Finding Nemo characters. After swimming, we filled up on a bunch of ice cream.
Then we took a nap before dinner. Dinner was at Animators Pallate. I'm pretty sure this was our favorite dinner night. Crish came and visited some of the tables around us. We also got some visits from Bruce, Nemo, Dory, Marlin, Sq**rt, and so many more friends.
We finished our night with pictures by the Gingerbread house in the atrium. It was definitely a good day.

Day 1: Embarkation Day

We flew in the day before our cruise and stayed at All-Star Music Resort. On the day of our cruise, we set our luggage outside of our room, and our bags were collected for the bus that was going to take us port. Disney offers transportation from the airport or a Walt Disney World Hotel to your port.
We started our check-in process at home through the Disney Cruise Navigator App, and then there was a Cruise Cast Member in the lobby of the hotel that verified out information. This made the boarding process go smoothly and easily.
We left the hotel around 9:30, got to the port around 10:45, and we were on the Disney Fantasy by 11:30. From there, we were welcome to explore the ship until our room was ready. The kids clubs had an open house, so we toured those since our kids were going to be using them. They also had Captain Minnie ready for pictures when we boarded.
Our room was done around 1:15 p.m. so we relaxed there until it was time for our Mandatory Safety Drill, followed by dinner at the Royal Court. After dinner, Ava was super tired, so we took her to the room, and Wade went to the kids club for a little while. The sea was a little rough the first night, so he came back, and we were in bed before 10. It was a busy, fun, and waves first day.

We just recently went on a 4 day Disney Cruise, sailing on the Disney Fantasy. Talk about bang for your buck!! So much is included.
We we were originally supposed to go to Nassau as our first stop and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. We made it to Nassau, but due to weather, we had to deviate to Castaway Cay instead of Lookout Cay. It was a great trip over all and we cannot wait to go on another cruise in the future.

Last night, we flew in to Orlando. We stayed the night at All-Star Music Resort. We reserved a preferred room and ended up getting upgraded to a Family Suite.

There is something even more magical about Christmas at Walt Disney World.

The last time we were there during their holiday celebrations was in 2022. Our kids were 1 and 8. Watching them experience the extra magic was truly incredible. From seeing the Christmas decorations, experiencing the Epcots International Festival of the Holidays, and so much more. It was part of our Christmas gift to them, and it was at this point that we decided to focus on more experience based gifts than physical gifts.

Helping families have experiences together, witnessing the magic through the eyes of our families, and knowing we get to help them is truly a blessing. Thank you for letting us be a part of that.

It's not too late to book a last-minute trip or a trip for the future to give your family this Holiday season, and we would love to be a part of that process.

Universal Studios newest park, Epic Universe has been announced to open May 22, 2025!!

This newest addition with have 5 new worlds to explore. All you have to do is step through the portal and explore:

* The Wizarding World of Harry Potter-Ministry of Magic. You will get to explore Paris ' Wizarding community from the 1920's and the British Ministry of Magic from the 1990's. More rides, Wands, shows, dining, and just....magic are waiting.

*How to Train Your Dragon, the Isle of Berk. Ever wonder what it was like to live in the Viking village of Berk? Well now you get to find out! Complete with a Mead Hall, a Viking battle ship, a training camp, a new show with flying dragons, and so much more.

* Super Nintendo World. Join Mario, Luigi, and Peach in defeating Bowser in Mario Kart or join Donkey Kong on a mine train adventure. Interactive bracelets that help you collect coins and play with other guests to see who can collect the most. AND you can't forget all the yummy food we all wish we could try when we play the games.

Who is your favorite Disney character and have you ever gotten to meet them?

Characters at Disney Parks make such memorable experiences!!
We, as adults, have had some hilarious interactions. On our babymoon, Alice snuck up on us while we were with the White Rabbit (Dusty is not easy to sneak up.on). The White Rabbit had been trying to hint Alice was behind us for a good minute or 2 and we just weren't getting it. We laugh about it to this day!
Donald Duck dances in the rain with our son at Epcot when he was 3, and he was so happy.
Mickey Mouse hugged and held our little girl when she was 1 1/2 until she was ready to let go. It was adorable to see.
Every time we get to go back we can't wait to make more Character memories.

We love food, and we love character dining. One of our favorite character dining experiences is Tusker House in Animal Kingdom. We eat here almost every time we go to Dusney World. The kids absolutely LOVE the characters in their safari gear.

Have you ever been to Oga's Cantina at Hollywood Studios? There is nothing like some intergalactic drinks and food to give you a "pick-me-up" after a hard day of living your best Star Wars life.

We got the chance to go last year (and can not wait to go back). It was so much fun. And we truly felt a Han Solo could have popped in looking for a new job at any time.
