I often get asked, "what is it that you do?" and "why should we use a travel agent?" and "why you?" So here is my story. I am a travel agent specializing in all Disney destinations, Universal Orlando, Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, and various all inclusives in the Caribbean and Mexico. I am here to help clients every step of the way with planning their vacation to the destinations I specia

lize in. From helping pick the best resort that fits their needs, to helping with where to go first when you enter a Disney park. If something goes wrong, and we hope that it doesn't, but if you are stuck in a hurricane (unfortunately that has happened to me a couple of times), or someone gets sick (been there), or you just need to make a change, I am here to help you along the way. To be the one sitting on hold with suppliers so you don't have to do so. And the best part...my services are free to all clients that book with me. There is no added expense for my clients. I specialize in the locations that I visit often. I have been to Walt Disney World over 100 times. I try and go monthly so that I can stay updated on the parks and the resorts. My family is Walt Disney World Annual Passholders and Universal Orlando Passholders. We travel to both often. I am constantly trying out new touring plans to help clients with their days. I have personally stayed in every Walt Disney World and Disneyland resort. Not just toured, but stayed in them all on property, some many times. I think it is very important for me to stay in all the different resorts, and to do so often, so I can better help clients make choices and to help them plan. We have also stayed in all of the Universal Orlando resorts as well. Oh, I'm dreaming of one of their pools right now...
I have been on all of the current Walt Disney World cruise ships (also hoping to make it on the new Disney Wish as soon as it sails next year). I have also been on a number of the Royal Caribbean and Carnival ships as well. I have toured numerous resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean. I am not just a travel agent that books destinations. I make sure and personally travel often to the destinations that I book, so that I can better inform clients and help them plan. My entire family is involved in this job and we all work hard on each trip to ensure clients have a great vacation. For us it is a family affair. As my son says, every time we travel it is "research" so we can all better help clients. This is not a hobby, this is a full time job for my family. My team spends many hours quoting for clients to ensure they get the best options possible, then helping clients throughout the planning process, and then putting together itineraries for clients, and then helping clients with questions while they travel. We want to help our clients make magical moments! That is our mission.

Update: out of office this week. Tonight I’m heading to Paris! Yay! So glad to be back there. This year Europe has become one of my most booked destinations. I’m so excited to take my family on this trip! We will see Disneyland Paris, Paris city, my son is going to a cooking class with a French chef, my daughter and I are seeing Taylor Swift in concert, and the boys are going to Normandy one day. Looking forward to some great family time and showing the kids the city. I will have limited service during this time. I have already reached out to traveling clients with contact information for my backup in the event of an emergency.

It’s officially halfway to Halloween!! Exciting news…Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party will return this year! I have dates in the comments. Tickets go on sale for resort guests on May 8th!! The party starts August 9th and continued on select nights through Oct 31st. Clients who want tickets email me. If you aren’t booked for this fall lets get you booked!!

Travel Tip Tuesday 🌍 Passport Book vs. Passport Card 📄🔖
Ever wondered about the difference between a passport book and a passport card? If traveling internationally you must know the difference because the card doesn’t work for all! 🤔 Here's a quick breakdown:

📖 Passport Book:

-The traditional option for international travel.
-Valid for air, sea, and land travel to all countries worldwide.
-Contains multiple pages for visas and entry/exit stamps.
-Ideal for frequent international travelers.
- this is required to fly internationally (a card won’t work for this!)

🔖 Passport Card:

-Convenient for domestic travel and very limited select international destinations.
-Valid for LAND AND SEA travel ONLY to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda.
-Wallet-sized and easy to carry.
-Cannot be used for international air travel!!! You cannot fly to a Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean or Bermuda with the card!!!

Working from the club lounge at Disney’s Coronado Springs Grand Destino Tower today!
Up at 2:30am, flight at 5am, landed in Orlando at 7am, at the resort by 8am. The kids are off to the park while I get some last minute work done before joining them. Then off to a Royal Caribbean cruise on Monday. Ready for spring break. I’m going to try and focus on family this week. I will be answering emails and messages daily. All traveling clients will be taken care of as normal and I will have a coworker covering things for me in my absence.

Wow Spring Break is now in full swing! Spring Break tends to start in March and go through mid-April which means the magical office stays very busy during this time frame! We have been so busy lately so we haven’t posted much! We have clients traveling to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Italy, Paris, so many cruises, Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean!! We haven’t posted much lately because we have been so busy booking clients to some amazing destinations! This is the busiest time of year for bookings. This month we have booked clients to Mexico, Italy, Paris, Mediterranean and other European cruises, Caribbean cruises, and of course Disney destinations and Universal! Wow what a couple of months it’s been. We often book more in January and February than any other month of the year! Also if you haven’t booked your 2024 summer/fall/winter travel then you need to do so soon! Things are booking up quicker than ever!! We have already booked many families for spring break 2025 and Alaska for 2025!!
