So grateful to know my friends are safe. Today I did a reading of the book The Shero Mindset at Swaswara in India! So wonderful to be globally connected. We had couple of woman from different parts of the world! Also I am extremely inspired to write my second book The Young Shero for teenagers!

Today I started the day with Ayurveda treatments, than went to the farm to collect food for lunch, conducted meditation class and sent love to all the places affected by the hurricane. We enjoyed a community dinner and the begging of new friends!

The SHERO journey to Italy was nothing short of magical—a transformative experience defined by deep sisterhood, love, and unwavering support, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Sicily and the Aeolian Islands, known as the "Seven Sisters."

Every aspect of the trip, from the exquisite food to the meticulously planned accommodations and travel arrangements, was executed with incredible attention to detail. The scenery was so stunning that every view felt like a feast for the eyes. The landscapes, rich in history and culture, were awe-inspiring and offered a perfect setting for reflection and personal growth.

This journey allowed me to experience profound inner peace and renewal, far exceeding my expectations. Being part of the SHERO Mindset Book and participating in this inaugural trip was an honor that deeply touched my heart. Each of the incredible women in our group has become a lifelong sister, and each one is a SHERO in her own life, inspiring others through her strength and spirit.

The sacred elements of the earth resonated deeply throughout our journey:

Air: The gentle breeze kissed my skin and danced through my hair, offering a soothing connection to the natural world.
Water: Each day, I swam in the healing blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea, feeling the waves cleanse and rejuvenate my soul.
Earth: The diverse terrain of each sister island—Salina, Panarea, Lipari, Vulcano, Stromboli—each unique in its own way, was a testament to the beauty of nature. Alicudi and Filicudi stood proudly in the distance, adding to the allure of this magnificent place.
Fire: The power of fire was ever-present, from the active eruptions of Mt. Etna, Stromboli, and Vulcano to the warmth of the sun that embraced us each day. Each fiery element felt alive, pulsing with the energy of the earth.
This trip was not just a vacation; it was a journey of the soul, where each sister became part of something much larger than herself. The memories we created and the bonds we formed are treasures that will last a lifetime –
