We would like to reiterate that we have received several reports of fraud using our company's name, TLC Travel (S) Pte Ltd recently.

For all cruise reservations, please contact us through our main office contact & meta verified whatapps:-
9358 7995

We DO NOT have any other contact number apart from the ones mentioned above .

We have encountered scammers impersonating as our office staff to do bookings and provide false invoices to collect payments. We DO NOT have any other brand such as “ Dream Vacation ### “ or agent accounts such as “ Steven from TLC Travel “etc. Please be cautious that these fraudulent accounts are all FAKE, not us.

We only have one corporate account with United Overseas Bank (UOB).

We DO NOT have any other banks accounts with GXS / OCBC / CIMB etc , those are scammer accounts.

All brands can be possibly impersonated by fraudsters, please be very cautious and always look for official accounts or meta verified Whatsapps for booking, so that scammers have no chance to take advantage.

We have reported to police and the authorities are in midst of investigation as of current status. If you come across any suspicious accounts, please inform us immediately.

At the same time, all passengers who contact via our official Whatsapps , your booking has no issue and always let us know if you need any assistance .

We only have 1 official Facebook Fanpage - TLC Travel S Pte Ltd and official Whatapps 9358 7995 . Please be noted that we only have 1 corporate banking account which is under our company name with United Overseas Bank (UOB). We also do not assign any personal agents to sell on Whatsapp or page.
