You established a nice and varied life for yourself but you are not feeling the fulfilment or you are looking for a better work-life balance and personal growth or you want something and it is important to you but you just can’t make it happen because of several barriers you face or you are not sure what "the next step" in life is? These are just a few examples on when it is a good time to team up

with me as a life coach. With my experience around Stephen Covey’s 7 habits for highly effective people, being an NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) coach and my global work experiences in Shell as a production engineer, I can support you in your journey to have more fulfillment, a healthier work-life balance and personal growth in your life based on your values allowing you to achieve the things you want in life. We will partner in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires you and motivates you to access all the resources you have and put you in a state where you can achieve your goals and experience life the way you want it to be. I work internationally with already having clients from the US and Europe. Preferably I start with a face2face intake but if the distance is to large we can work with skype or telephone sessions. I work mostly with (new) professionals and adapted therefore my working hours to 7-10 pm (CET) during weekdays and 1 - 8 pm during the weekends. I also do walk and talks during lunch hours (12-1 pm) but these are 30 minute sessions. I offer tailored or fixed 3 month programs to start with. you can always come back for a re-intake. Example steps in the process:

- Define and envision your dream/goals
- What kind of person are you? (DISC, Myers-Briggs, 360 deg)
- What is the gap from the current situation?
- Define your values
- How do the values come back in time, spending, energy
- Access resources, find mentors and guides
- Overcoming barriers and making the difference
- Share your experience with the outside world

You are in the driver seat and the result is equal to what you put in the process. If we are working together I commit myself 100% to get the most out of the sessions and to be there for you when needed. I am a certified NLP coach and in the process to be an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited PCC coach. In order to be happy we look at ways to realize ourselves using our strengths and capabilities. In self cultivation we look at ways how to learn, often by exposing ourselves to activities that we don't want to do, exposing weaknesses. An important component to happiness is progress. I know it's personal but when showing my goals note on my phone to people when talking about my second job it inspired people to do the same. So it might help you. Sharing is caring. A plan is just a plan but it can provide focus or influence decisions along the way. These were my 2015 goals and I am taking time off now to work on 2016 goals. Some goals were not achieved but overall I am happy what has been accomplished. Yes the goals can change over time too. If you need help to accomplish your goals let me know.
