Our experience in real estate as Real Estate Wealth Managers and Landlord to all types of property is our foundation. We have been working together in Real Estate since 2017 built this partnership in management to further benefit our clients. Mia Romain is a Real Estate Wealth Manager on The Real Estate 401K Group with West USA Realty. As a Real Estate Wealth Manager she has helped investors find,

buy and sell homes for Long term Rentals, Short term rentals Flips and more. She has been managing her own rentals and family rentals since 2016. And switched to the Mid-Term and Short term rental space in March 2020. In her personal life she has raised an adopted child, spends a lot of time with family and loves the outdoors, camping, kayaking and off-roading. With a deep-rooted connection to Phoenix, Arizona, Michelle brings over eight years of comprehensive experience in the real estate industry. She has honed her skills across diverse roles, including Realtor, Transaction Coordinator, BRRRR Investor, Property Manager and Airbnb Superhost. Her extensive background extends to successful ventures in interior design, cosmetic rehab, and new-build development. Owning a portfolio of nine doors and overseeing several more, she excels in managing long, mid-, and short-term rentals, leveraging her expertise to optimize property performance.

We have a weekly webinar with West USA Realty that discussed stats on a weekly basis and provides education. We are always up to date with the most recent information. Here is a nice graph showing some differences between 2008 and today. I would love to discuss more how that impacts the investment market. For purchases, sales AND the different strategies of rentals.

Most Months I profit over $1400 on my MTR that I rent by the room.
Then there are these...
SOMEONE left the hose on in the back yard for a month. Just a trickle but just enough.... Woops.
I eat it because:
1. I can't prove who out of the 4 roommates did it
2. It is sometimes the cost of doing business...
3. My lemon tree is sure happy about it!
