Good luck to Jessie Cottell (NSW Open Women) and Jayden Cottell (QLD U25 Men) in the test series NSW vs QLD starting tomorrow.

The three QLD teams taking part will be the under 25's, Open and 40-59's.

There will be two tests tomorrow starting from 8.30am and one on Thursday morning starting at 8.30am. Both will be played at St John's Park Bowling Club in Sydney.

Results will be posted on the Bowls NSW website and they will be livestreaming two open Men's and one Open womens games. This will be on their Facebook and Youtube channel.

What a magnificent indoor lawn bowls facility.

The home of the Warilla Gorilla's, Warilla Bowls & Recreation Club about an hour and a half south from Sydney city offers not only grass greens but this amazing indoor bowls green.

They also have a couple of great kids play areas, onsite accommodation and a restaurant.

Pop in and say hello to their mascot Warilla Gorilla.

2024 Queensland Representative Squads Announced

The Board and Selection Committee of Bowls Queensland have agreed to reintroduce QLD Representative Squads in open and various age groups for the 2024 season.

QLD Representative teams will be selected for Test Series versus New South Wales and Victoria throughout the year and then followed by teams for the Australian Sides Championships in Open and Over 60’s.

Players may be added to these squads at any time.

What's better than watching bowls on livestream? Being there live!

The NSW vs QLD Test series is one event to look forward to every year. It is always a battle of the best and this year's Test Series coming up in July will feature many stars in the Under 25's, Open and the 40-59 State teams.

Bowls Tours will be releasing shortly a 3 night supporters tour leaving from Brisbane 16th July and returning 19th July. So, for all you Maroon or Blues fans put the dates in your calendar and email us to let us know you would like the information when it is released next week.

Anyone in NSW that would also be keen to join our supporters tour, there is something for you also. We will have land only packages or can add airfares for any regional fans.
