Just casually putting together an incredible itinerary for my client headed to Italy on a solo-trip to usher in her 50th birthday , and trust me, this one is going to be spectacular!

I can’t spill all the details just yet, but I do have a shortlist of experiences that will make this trip even better.

The shortlist:

🏨 A costal stay at the Grand Hotel Portovenere to ring in her 50s with the sunrise over the Mediterranean.

📸 A private photo tour with a professional photographer so she can brush up on her photography skills while taking the perfect shots.

⛪️ Reserved early morning entrance to the Vatican to be the first group of the day to step into the Sistine Chapel to see it without the crowds.

We have a few other decisions to make like the activities and experiences during the trip and we’re working together to make the best picks.

📚 I’m a book lover at heart, especially when it comes to fiction. On average, I dive into one new story each week. My ideal vacation? Somewhere cozy with a great view and an even better book.

🌍 I spent 5 incredible years living overseas, working in international schools in Turkey and Russia. Those experiences opened my eyes to the wonders of the world and fueled my passion for helping others discover new places.

🎭 Before founding Puffin Nest Travel Co., I spent a decade teaching theatre to kids aged 3-18, with a special focus on the little ones. Now, as a mom to kids in that age range, I’m in awe of how I juggled it all back then! 😂
