In concierge you’ll find Lion King. There’s also 2 story suites named Bagheera, the panther from Disney’s Jungle Book and Rajah, Jasmine’s tiger in Aladdin. Last, there’s the Tomorrowland Tower suite, themed from Disney’s EPCOT.

I will be sailing on this beautiful ship for a media preview sailing next month before the maiden voyage. I can’t wait to share what room we are in and share ALL the Disney Treasure details with you!

We have some MAJOR park news at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort! 🚧

✨Monstropolis is heading to the parks! Previously announced at this year’s D23 event with MUCH anticipation, a new suspended ride recreating the door vault scene, dining, shopping and a theater show. This will be in the area Muppet*Vision 3D is currently located. Are we sad about losing that attraction? Yes. But wait for the next part!

✨Kermit, Miss Piggy, and pals will be moving! They will be moving over to Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster for a Muppets takeover featuring some of music’s biggest stars for a rockin’ music festival! Thats right! A retheme of the coaster, making it the first ride to feature The Muppets.

Disney is currently exploring ways to preserve the Muppet*Vision 3D show and experience for fans to enjoy in the future. In the meantime, there’s still time to catch a super-stretch limo on Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster Starring Aerosmith & Muppet*Vision 3D again before their final curtain calls. There are so many new adventures planned for Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We will update soon!

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Walt Disney World Resort’s Magic Kingdom Theme Park will be closing January 6th, 2025 for refurbishment. The attraction will reopen with a little bit of new magic in 2026 🪄 ✨

This is an Animal Kingdom must!

The Kilimanjaro Safari at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is unique for its immersive experience through African landscapes, featuring live animals in natural habitats.

Guided by knowledgeable hosts, guests learn about wildlife and conservation. The dynamic nature of the safari means that each ride offers different animal sightings, emphasizing Disney's commitment to wildlife preservation.

Fun facts:
🦒 Kilimanjaro Safari is 110 acres (Magic Kingdom park is 107 acres for context!)
🦁The rocks the lions are on are actually air conditioned
🦩 The area the flamingos are on is shaped like Mickey
🦏 There are 30 different species in this attraction
🦓 The zebra’s were bullies when the attraction opened, and were not integrated back until 2012
🐒 The safari trucks are real and there’s no track
🐘The park’s nutrition team serves up 1500 individual diets per day

This combination of adventure and education makes it a standout attraction!

Bookings for the Disney Destiny will open to the general public September 12th!

The Disney Destiny will sail its maiden voyage from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Nov. 20, 2025. Not only will this special four-night cruise be the first opportunity to experience all this ship has to offer, but it will also include stops at both of Disney Cruise Line’s island destinations in The Bahamas – Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point!

Many brand-new experiences await aboard the new heroes and villains-inspired ship! The Disney Destiny will also debut:

* Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King, a first-of-its-kind dining experience celebrating the music of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “The Lion King”

* “Disney Hercules,” an all-new, Broadway-style show retelling the popular Disney Animation film

* De Vil’s, a wickedly chic piano lounge celebrating the one and only Cruella de Vil

The Disney Destiny will sail its maiden voyage from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Nov. 20, 2025!

Not only will this special four-night cruise be the first opportunity for guests to experience all this ship has to offer, but it will also include stops at both of Disney Cruise Line’s island destinations in The Bahamas – Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point!

The maiden voyage will be followed by an inaugural season of four- and five-night cruises to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean. Every sailing will include a day of fun in the sun at either Disney Castaway Cay or Disney Lookout Cay — some itineraries will even visit both! Select cruises will feature more sun-soaked relaxation and warm-weather adventure in Nassau, Bahamas, or Cozumel, Mexico. Stay tuned for dates and itinerary details before bookings open to the general public Sep. 12, 2024.
