Apartment Leona (named by the previous owners after their granddaughter) first welcomed visitors in 2016. I bought the apartment in the autumn of 2017, and provide a comfortable, friendly apartment for those who want to visit Dubrovnik. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Dubrovnik called Babin K*k. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beaches, cafe bars, restaurants, and su

permarket, and a 15-20 minute bus ride to the Old Town. I was a frequent visitor to Dubrovnik before moving here from the UK so I’m in the unique position of having previously been a visitor to this beautiful city, and now a permanent resident. As such, I’m aware of what information tourists may find useful when visiting, and now, as a year-round resident, I can provide details of attractions, activities, restaurants etc that are available, no matter what time of year you visit. The apartment sleeps up to 3 people, and has TV, air conditioning/heating, a small kitchen with a washing machine, a spacious living area, and free WiFi. The apartment is suitable for:

• business guests, as, along with free WiFi, there is a suitable working space for a laptop etc. It is also close to various hotels who regularly hold conferences, seminars etc.

• wedding guests. The apartment is close to many hotels which are popular venues for weddings.

• those who are less able, as it is located on the ground floor, there is only a small step into the shower, and parking is available in front of the apartment.
