Fulong Holiday! Yesterday was Taiwans Full Moon Holiday. The sun was high and the water was just right as we celebrated mid-autumn and possibly the last hurrah!…typhoon season is upon as (as you may have seen in Shanghai recently)! 🌀

Most people had the day off, as did I and my friends! We enjoyed snacking, a drink, and wading around and catching the memories 📸 .I did an oopsie and got swept away a touch in a current but a really righteous surfing local 🏄‍♀️ came and scooped me up. I got so tired so fast! 🤓 I’m going to have to start swimming laps again! I slept like a freaking baby too! 😂 WELP-that’s all until 10/10 Taiwan 🇹🇼

Got all dressed up and observed a class at a Taipei City Branch.
Had a delicious dinner at Sukiya 🤤

First leg was amazing! My favorite were the soba noodles because that’s one of my favorite snacks. It’s refreshing, especially in this humidity. The rice meal included a dumpling, fried chicken, and grilled salmon. The fruit was sweet and I like the smoked salmon dish with greens, feta, and tomato. The miso soup was ratty but also delicious 😋 They gave us Hagen Daas Vanilla for dessert.

2nd leg was basic but the potatoes were soft and buttery and that cherry panna cotta was to die for!

I Was obsessed with the Japanese peach 🍑 grape 🍇 juice too! 🤤
