Since its release in Japan, "Living in Two Worlds" has captivated audiences, grossing over 90.3 million yen and screening at prestigious festivals like the Shanghai and BFI London Film Festivals.

This poignant Japanese film follows Dai, the son of deaf parents in rural Japan, as he navigates his unique journey of identity, family, and self-discovery.

Directed by award-winning writer-director Mipo O ("The Light Shines Only There" - Japan’s representative for the Oscars Best International Feature Film) and featuring Ryo Yoshizawa ("Kingdom" and "Tokyo Revengers"), Akiko Oshidari, and Akito Imai, the film beautifully captures the essence of reconnecting with family through unexpected memories.

We have some exciting updates on our latest Japanese titles!

At the prestigious Japan Academy Prize, SHYLOCK'S CHILDREN has received esteemed nominations for Best Actor, Best Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actress, alongside OUR SECRET DIARY's Hiyori Sakurada and Fumiya Takahashi, who were crowned Newcomers of the Year.

But that's not all! At the Yokohama Film Festival, AS LONG AS WE BOTH SHALL LIVE won the Best Newcomer award, while SMALL, SLOW BUT STEADY claimed victories for Best Film, Best Photography, and Best Actress, along with securing the top spot in the Top 10 rankings.

The winning streak continued with SPRING IN BETWEEN receiving a Newcomer award at the Nikkan Sports Film Awards and WE'RE BROKE, MY LORD earning the prestigious Best Actor accolade at the Blue Ribbon Film Awards.
