The "Residenza dell`Arte on the Etrucan Coast" is the former spacious living and studio house of a well-known German art professor. It is located in an open countryside with garden near the Parco di Rimigliano, 2 km from the beach. The house is surrounded by fantastic Tuscan sights. Besides the Etruscan tombs of Populonia, the Parco Archeologico di Follonica or the cities of Massa Marittima and Castiglia Marittima, of course, the beaches of Baratti, Rimigliano, San Vincenzo and Cecina. The house comprises two independent apartment floors. The apartment on the second floor with access from an outside staircase consists of dining-kitchen, living room, terrace with a big table and chaise, two bedrooms, bathroom and storage room. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, separate entrance. In the yard with large garden (1,100 square meters) there are 2 garages, lemons, palms, rosemary, pears, apricots, apples, white grapes and khakis, if just in season.

The Residenza dell`Arte is the spacious living and studio building. It is located in an open countryside near the Parco di Rimigliano, 2 km from the beach. The house is surrounded by fantastic Tuscan sights: besides the Etruscan tombs of Populonia, the Parco Archeomineraio di San Silvestro or the cities of Campiglia Marittima and Grosseto, of course, the beaches of Baratti, Rimigliano, San Vincenzo, Cecina or Rosignano. Elba can be reached by ferry from Piombino (only 40 minutes away)
