Free Spirit and Wild Heart
2017 was my year of the travel bug! I was delirious with the desire to explore the world outside of Myrtle Beach and sate my hunger for adventure! I traveled to New York City, Key West, and New Orleans. While you may not immediately consider the word, “adventure”, when you think of those locations, I can attest that “adventures” were exactly what I had. I roamed the city of New York and experienced the “Top of The Rock.” I overcame my fear of water, (I can’t swim) and snorkeled, kayaked, and paddle-boarded the clear waters of Key West! I turned 30 and danced to the hypnotizing and exhilarating melodies of Jazz in the French Quarter of New Orleans.
As someone who has worked very hard and held down two jobs for the better part of 10 years, I have missed out on many opportunities that shouted offers of fun, spontaneity, and relaxation. That was the old me. This year, I have promised myself that I will listen to those shouts a little more often. In doing so, I have decided to take the leap into becoming a travel business entrepreneur. That travel bug I mentioned? Well, it got me good. Now, I have not only swung open doors that will lead to adventures of a lifetime, but I have also been given the opportunity to offer the same to you!
