Here are some more pictures of the flat where you could stay and explore comics - and everything else in and around Sheffield.
The bedroom has a massive new king size bed and a nice reading corner set up, and the living room has a double futon sofa bed for additional guests if needed, 4 people max. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs and the bathroom also has a bath if you fancied a soak. There’s also a little garden in the back where you can sit and read if it’s not raining for a change.
The flat is in the Sharrow area of Sheffield, 20 minute walk from the train station in the city centre. It’s a lovely area, in the cross section of many great foodie things: London Road with its variety of cuisines, Ecclesall Rd with shops cafes and pubs, Waitrose, Aldi and fancy delis and bakeries.
The freshly renovated cemetery park is just across the road, the Botanical gardens are a stones throw away, and Endcliffe park a hop skip and jump, where the path starts to walk or cycle out to the Peak District.
You can either take public transport to here and around, with many buses and trains in town or out to the Peak, or you could drive with free parking near the flat.
All in all, the perfect spot for a weekend break or a longer holiday to read and explore what Sheffield has to offer.
The Airbnb listing with more information is in the bio, if you’d like to book and also want access to the comics collection, get in touch. (I also offer the flat without the comics.)
Any questions, just let me know! 😊
