We are looking for a full time operation representative for our international team.
5 days a week, including weekends. Morning, mid and evening shifts.
Location: London-Marble Arch, Hampstead and remotely.
Starting work period: immediate
Starting salary: £1600+£200 travel expenditures
Trial period: 2 weeks fully paid
To be successful, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the accommodation when working on site
Fulfil check in requirements (Documents, Deposit, etc.)
Answer, solve and forward guest's requests
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via email
Perform other management duties and interacts with customer service team in other locations
Answer emails and messages
Qualifications
Proven work experience in customer service and hospitality
Proficiency in use of channel manager software
Experience in working with OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
