I just absolutely need to share with all you wonderful JAMS this morning the Power of Gratitude! I ask you to do a quick 5 min exercise! Close your eyes for a moment and become aware of how you are feeling, is it happy, content, anxious, stressed overwhelmed? Whatever it is just become aware. Now grab a pen and paper and write down 20 things you are grateful for, just 20! Now close your eyes again and become aware of how the feeling has enhanced if it was happiness or contentment or how the feeling has changed, lifted, improved, how your vibration changed and your frequency increased! I encourage you to do this every morning before you even start your day! Let us know how you go, maybe you start with 20 and by the end of July you have over a 100 things to be grateful for! How's that for a winter challenge, how many things can you find to be grateful for daily in one month! Who's joining the challenge?
