Our customer have a problem need help. They have lost a wallet outside Hoa Lu prison. However, they have looked at CCTV and now trying to find driver of a "Halong Tours" coat that had 21 Korean people/tourists on board as he has picked the wallet up. We hope somebody can help them to find this driver or find the company name address so they could contact.

“Friendly, professional and excellent value”

After almost booking through another agent using the same name I became suspicious due to the lack of professionalism and request for 30% cash deposit as CC machine was not working. A bit of research confirmed that there was another company trading of the same name ( beware .net instead of .com).
Ms Cham quickly handled our 9 day trip with tracking in Sapa, overnight train, Halong bay and hotel accomodation in Hanoi. Options and recommendations were given for all legs of the tour and rates were competitive with anything else we could find and cheaper than arranging ourselves.

The free night food tour, airport transfers and hospitality at their house after overnight train journey was much appreciated.nwould highly recommend anyone looking at a trip in this region.

“Extremely reliable and helpful - highly Recomended”

We booked our entire Halong Bay and Hanoi trip with Halongsapa Tours. everything was booked by Cham and she was always very attentive and quick to respond (bearing in mind time differences) her husband was always there to meet us at the start and they even came back together at the end to say thank you for booking with them - what a very nice touch. We looked on trip advisor first as we didn't know which boat to book as we had a 1 year old toddler and most of the replies off my fellow TripAdvisor members were useless as all they said was to leave the toddler at home!!! Cham went through each boat and made suggestions and thanks to her we booked the Violet cruise and it was truly amazing. Most times I look at different companies but was so satisfied with her responses that I didn't even bother I just booked up straight away with her.

After 5 months of renovation, our office is ready now to welcome our dear customers. You can use our rooms for relax/shower/store your luggage before/ after your tours (for FREE). We have 4 beds rooms, all are at standard of 3 star++ hotel!
