Even though winter is coming don't think you cannot have fun and stay active! Get out there and take pictures of fall foliage, sip pumpkin coffee and sit by a lake at a local park, play horseshoes, go for a drive and see new places. Whatever you do, do it! Be active! Keep your body young!
