Tongariro Alpine crossing trek, where I walked on the « Mt Doom », famous volcano from the lord of the rings movies (and defo felt like a Hobbit). Beautiful trek with mind blowing colours. My mother came from France to walk this hike with me. Which make this place even more special ❤️

Sadhus are hindu people who decide to live a beggar life in order to destroy their ego, renounce material things and worship the gods. People who give them food or money are, then, improving their karma and so, also, get closer from the gods. They are basically walking temple.
This one asked me to take a picture of him and then demanded 100 rupees for it. They are cheeky like that, Sadhus...

Waking up in the middle of the New Zealand bush. The snow was covering the canopy and only a very few snowflakes were landing silently on the ground around us. I felt like walking in a Miyazaki movie. No wifi in the forest but you’ll find a better connection 🌿
