Only 1km to the CBD, only a few minutes’ walk to Central Deborah Gold Mine and many great dining options. Luxury upstairs is the master bedroom with super comfortable queen bed, walk-in robe, en-suite with spa bath and parents retreat or 2nd living area with views of the Sacred Heart Cathedral from the balcony. Enjoy some quiet time in the parents retreat relaxing watching a movie.

1 Bunk room sleeps 4 and is an ideal kid retreat with games, huge variety of toys, also a good supply of DVDs for them to occupy their time.

This property is in a perfect place in Bendigo. It is only 1km from the CBD. It was an old house prior to being renovated now with new dining, kitchen, bathrooms and master bedroom on a second level. It has been freshly painted and all new furniture ready for guests. All linen is motel quality with very comfy beds and couches. We were attracted to the property because of its size and the yard in the back. A fully enclosed yard safe for children. We have lovely neighbors on all sides. A quick walk to great pubs, supermarket and shopping centre. Bendigo also had great sporting facilities, a wonderful theatre built in the old goal, a fantastic gallery that has excellent visiting exhibitions. It is rich with gold history, talking tram and Chinese history.
