This property is in a perfect place in Bendigo. It is only 1km from the CBD. It was an old house prior to being renovated now with new dining, kitchen, bathrooms and master bedroom on a second level. It has been freshly painted and all new furniture ready for guests. All linen is motel quality with very comfy beds and couches. We were attracted to the property because of its size and the yard in the back. A fully enclosed yard safe for children. We have lovely neighbors on all sides. A quick walk to great pubs, supermarket and shopping centre. Bendigo also had great sporting facilities, a wonderful theatre built in the old goal, a fantastic gallery that has excellent visiting exhibitions. It is rich with gold history, talking tram and Chinese history.
