I used this app that a friend recommended on my trip overseas recently to help with jet lag. I really felt that it helped me adjust more easily! I couldn’t stick to the entire plan- but did my best. My body is very sensitive to changes and I wanted to get the most support I could to transition more easily. If you try it- let me know what you think! It uses light and caffeine to help you shift more easily.

While in London I was able to make a visit to the Haymarket Hotel designed by Kit Kemp. There is Inspiration everywhere thoughout this hotel- it’s a beautiful place in a great location! Afterwards headed to for the diamond jubilee tea.

Had the opportunity to spend 24 hours to celebrate our anniversary at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia -it is truly an oasis in the sky! Every single room has an amazing view- couldn’t stop taking photos! Such a lovely quick reset- we never left the building upon arriving. Relaxed by the indoor pool 🏊 , had a wonderful dinner at , breakfast at and spent some time in the clouds ☁️ at the spa! Truly an amazing hotel- one of the best in Philadelphia! Just visited the beautiful Lodge at Torrey Pines today. What an inspiring place! There is so much to do in the area and if you book at the Lodge you get exclusive access to golf ⛳️ reservations a year in advance!
