The ethics of Leave No Trace in nature have been around since, at the very least, the mid 20th Century, and yet many Adults still do not follow these simple principals. 😞 - of course grown-ups are to blame, they are either leaving the mess themselves, or allowing children to do it! Do better people! Nature is not your dumping ground!

Brauchst du mal eine Auszeit? Sehnst du dich nach absoluter Ruhe und Entspannung an einem wunderschönen Platz in der Natur? 🌿Wie wäre es mit einer meditativen Wanderung durch das bezaubernde Glastal zur Wimsener Höhle? 🥾

Nach einer kleinen Kennenlernrunde geht es vom Startpunkt Hayinger Brücke aus durch eines der bezauberndsten und schönsten Täler der Schwäbischen Alb bis zur Wimsener Höhle. Während der Wanderung gibt es wertvolle Übungen zu den Themen Entspannung und Achtsamkeit in der Natur , die dich deinen hektischen Alltag vergessen lassen. 🧘🏼‍♀️
An der Wimsener Höhle angekommen, erhältst du die seltene Gelegenheit, Deutschlands einzige mit einem Boot befahrbare Wasserhöhle bei einer exklusiven Stirnlampenführung mit außergewöhnlichen Sinneseindrücken zu erleben und wahrzunehmen. 🛶
Anschließend gibt es für dich ein wunderbares vegetarisches Bio-Essen in herzlicher Atmosphäre im idyllischen Kulturdenkmal Wimsener Mühle. 🍽
Zum Abschluss begeben wir uns mit Stirnlampen ausgerüstet auf eine Nachtwanderung durch das Glastal zurück zum Startpunkt.
