Just received this email from a customer in San Francisco:

I've had one of your jackets for a while and last night I lost it in a bar. I even had a flask in the flask pocket! Maybe someone stole it because it was so awesome. Anyway, I just wanted to tell you guys that you make kick-ass jackets and I'm bummed that I lost my favorite article of clothing ever.
