House passes bill to block Family to Employment spillover in Oct 2021

-- Good and Bad news for Indians with pending i485

USCIS i485 - Do not lose hope

-- Attorney says USCIS not allowed to use spillover until last quarter as per law
-- July-Sep 2021 will probably see high i485 approvals
