The apartment is very spacious and provides many home comforts. It is situated in a quality gated development for those guests/families seeking a relaxed environment as a base from which to savour the varied and diverse pleasures of Ibiza! Guests will have the chance to enjoy a large master bedroom with en suite bath/shower, two further spacious double bedrooms and a family bathroom. All bedrooms

have large fitted wardrobes and mirrors. Camp bed/ travel cot for is also available on request. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat screen tv, sky, and dining table.The kitchen is fully fitted with all white goods. The spacious terrace is ideal for al fresco dining/entertaining whilst enjoying the stunning sunsets directly in front of the apartment or for lazy afternoons watching the boats sailing into San Antonio harbour. Damage deposit: A damage deposit of 500 Euros/Sterling will be charged pre-arrival. The deposit, whether paid locally or into UK bank account, will be fully refunded on safe return of keys and apartment inspection (assuming no breakages, damage or losses have occurred). Note: This apartment is only available to rent to Friends & Family.

SUMMER 2022 - NOW ON SALE

Ibiza opened again in Summer 2021 and 2022 is expected to be fully open with everything returning to normal. In June 2021 bars and restaurants and day clubs reopened and in October nights clubs were allowed to open again

Ibiza Seaview is open for business in Summer 2022 and already has bookings throughout the Summer but there is still plenty of availability.

Looking at flight Prices from the UK - Ibiza they are averaging around £70 return even during school holidays .
