Mt Macedon Memorial Cross is a gentle walking track from the car park below. It is a 25 minute drive from Viewtopia via the beautiful Mt Macedon Road, which is spectacular in Autumn. The most significant war memorial in Victoria, it is located on the summit of Mt Macedon at 21 metres high and commemorates all those who served in wars and conflicts. Lovely tea rooms at car park and picturesque walking tracks nearby. Worth a visit!

Our majestic Manna Mamma

This beautiful Manna Gum was a solitary figure when we first bought the property. And every other manna gum since has come from her! Twisting and emerging from the boulders, withstanding wild winds and storms, she remains steadfast and true. We had to build our house near her, to wonder in her glory; to see her at all angles; to be close. Enjoy Viewtopia's matriarch - she's a beauty!
