🌸 SPRING BALL 🌸

On the 24th March, we will be holding our Spring Ball at The Terrace! What better way to finish off the end of term than with a three-course dinner? ✨

Tickets are £30 for members and £35 for non-members; tickets are limited so make sure you buy them fast! 💸

Just a reminder to buy your membership for TravelExe for Term 2 if you haven't already - the one-off £5 membership fee gives you access to all our events and group chats, whereas non-members will have to pay additional fees for every event.

Let’s explore Topsham! ⛵️

Join us on Wednesday to take a trip to Topsham, a quaint maritime village only 15 minutes from Exeter! Topsham is home to lots of independent shops, cute cafes and Devon eateries, so there’s plenty to explore ☕️🛍🍽

We’ll be getting the 11:19am train from Exeter Central and meeting outside the station at 11am. Make sure you purchase your ticket on Trainline beforehand (see second image) - we recommend getting an open return ticket so you can stay as long as you like! Feel free to message us if you have any questions 💭

Join TravelExe to finish off Refresher’s Week with a pub crawl! 🍻

Whether you’re already a member of TravelExe or are interested in joining, you’re free to come along! We’ll start off at The Ram on campus at 18:30 and make our way to The Imperial afterwards. We also welcome our non-drinking members, so there’s no pressure to drink alcohol at this event!

And for an added theme: try to dress in the colours of your country’s flag! 🌍

Grab your popcorn and get ready for our virtual movie night, where we'll be watching Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) together! 🍿

To participate in this event, you must have access to a Netflix account and be using a Google Chrome browser with the Teleparty extension installed (can be downloaded here: https://www.teleparty.com).

We will be posting the link to the movie on this post 30 minutes before the event (around 7pm), so check back here for more info on the day!

We will now be holding our pub quiz on Sunday at The Exonian, NOT The Ram - this is to make sure we have enough space for all our travellers to participate!

If you’re not sure how to get there, we will be doing a walking bus from the bottom of Forum Hill, leaving at 7pm, or you can get to the Exonian for 7:30pm and we will see you there!

It’s been great to meet you all over the last few days and we can’t wait to see you again! 💚
