Resident in the Haute-Vienne I can arrange to visit you in the comfort of your own home and help you use your computer so it does what you want, not the other way round! I have been working with computers in many roles since 1978, obtaining a wealth of knowledge from building my own PCs through team manager, first-line supp

ort and fault management for mainframes (for example, the computers that run your bank accounts). I have been a consultant to many projects that have been implemented across the whole of a major financial network and have provided key consultancy and advice to company-wide initiatives. Additionally, I have developed and delivered bespoke PC training courses for a major UK financial institution, and have experience of most of the major PC applications used in both the office and home environment. I also have experience of delivering training seminars to groups of 150 people as well as the more enjoyable one-2-one sessions. I enjoy helping people tame their PC so that they can use it more efficiently, effectively and confidently"
