Smoked trout and new potatoes are a match made in heaven. Mix 1 tbsp of our clotted cream with 1 tbsp horseradish sauce for a creamy dressing with a bit of pep to take this simple spring dish to the next level.

Have you tried the new (or maybe not so now?) trend of butter boards? Really simple and definitely effective. Good quality butter at warmish room temp, flavours that you fancy and tasty vessels to scoop with. Had loads of fun creating this with for ❤️ Classic appetiser combo, with crispy sage and pine nuts. Lush.

Haven't posted in a while, so I thought I'd share some images shot for of the foodie powerhouse that's now that chef is in the kitchen. Bold, textured and full flavoured cooking, set against the iconic location that's a bit of a legendary spot in Exeters gastronomic history. Blown away buy the quality of all of the dishes that I had the pleasure of capturing with my very greedy camera (tho I tried my best to avoid encouraging my ever increasing abdominal presence - keg?).
