View from the Penthouse rooftop of Sandre. My partner and I recently viewed the beachfront Sandre luxury villas in Sisal and absolutely LOVED 😍 them. They are built with chukum which is a sustainable natural finish from the Havardia albicans tree that is native to the area and used by the Mayan civilization since ancient times. Using Mayan craft techniques and materials, the chukum covering gives the villas a calm elegance that connects you with nature while providing waterproof properties and reducing humidity problems of the tropical climate. Each unit has a beach view terrace with jacuzzi 👙 and a master bedroom that faces the ocean. There is an elevator in the building and the penthouse has its own private elevator. Due to a recent change in the building laws, the Sandre building is the tallest one in Sisal for the foreseeable future - so the views are magnificent. They are built to also function as vacation rental apartments so each bedroom has its own bathroom and the bedrooms can comfortably fit a family which is perfect for groups traveling together. 💖There are only 12 units available at Sandre, only 5 are left, the construction is almost complete, and delivery of the title and deed is anticipated for the end of June 2024.
