Why book my timeshares instead of renting a hotel room?
Bigger room; less expensive; full kitchen dining room living room like home; better resort facilities, amenities, and activities; concierge, easier booking.
Here's Example 1 - March 3-10 2019 in Hawaii.Big Island or Kauai
1st step
- Do your usual searching and booking to find exactly what you want - hotel name, check in and out dates and room type.
- 1st screenshot below is from Big Island Marriott Hotel at Waikoloa Beach, Normal hotel room = 410 sq ft , 2 DBL beds sleeps 4. Price C$4305 ($615/night) for pool view or C$4662 ($666/night) for ocean view.

2nd step
Search yourself to find something similar online at any of these websites:
www.intervalworld.com www. diamondresorts.com www.vistana.com for Westin and Sheraton resorts www.shellvacationsclub.com and www.palaceresorts.com for 5 star all-inclusives in Mexico and Jamaica.
3rd step:
Send me the link from step 1 and what youfound similar in step 2.
I'll tell you the price I get as an owner. It depends on the popularity of the location and whether you travel at peak season but generally I get 2BR condos for US$1400 (US$200/night) except for Hawaii US$1750 (US$250/night).
4th step:
Compare online hotel booking site to what I get:
Big Island is about 50% cheaper for the exact same condo
Kauai is about 75% cheaper for the exact same condo.
5th step:
call me to book it and I'll advise the last cancellation day - don't pay anything until then.
