There are many interesting places that you can visit and doing during your trip in Toraja, for example:
- Funeral ceremony
- Lemo: Stone graves
- Baby graves in the living tree.
- Ke’te’ Kesu’: is enchanting with it’s Tongkonan (houses) and nice barns (alang). This village fomed for it’s hingly skills carver.
- Sa’dan To’barana’ in this village there are some traditional house (tongkonan) with nic

e barns (alang), also as a traditional weaving center and has a nice view surrounding by Sa’dan river.
- Palawa’: is an antique village
- Bori’ Kalimbuang: menhir (simbuang batu) and stone graves.
- Bolu Market: is unique of the Toraja traditional public market.
- Batutumonga is the most spectacular on the slope mountain of Sesean. From this village, you can see the dramatic Panorama and overview of Rantepao town.
- And many more wonderful places. Trekking is a very good activity to do in this area, because the nature of Toraja is very nice, still green and during the trip you can see the most amazing scenery. You can also rafting on the river Mai’ting. This river has good rapid and you can see the waterfall, Iguanas, wild ducks and the most amazing scenery along the river. So what are you waiting for?
