Why Book So Early?

Mexico is a top vacation destination, especially during the winter months. February and March are the peak times when everyone wants to escape the cold and enjoy the warmth of the sun. Holiday Rates

Just a heads up ,, if your spring break falls the last week in March. Higher rates for holiday weeks will apply if your spring break falls the week before Easter Sunday or the week after. For 2025, Easter is later April so it is no problem, but for 2026 and 2027 if falls on late March / Early April (read: spring break) and for 2028 it is later in April again. Any time before the last week of March is always our regular reasonable rates.

To Be Really Safe

For Grand Luxxe and above , to be really safe, you need to book 13 months in advance. That way we can get any unit for any date. But don’t despair, if you miss that deadline we often have pre-served some spots for you.
