First time on Asiana Airlines, my feedback -
1. Seat Legroom - like a LCC, barely any room - 1/10
2. Quality of plane - Old, tired and worn out - 1/10
3. Service of the Crew - Excellent, smiling and warm - 10/10
4. Time at Checkin - priority queue and 10 min average on each guest - 3/10
5. Inflight entertainment - super old, barely anything worth watching. - 1/10

you need lot of improvement to succeed in this highly competitive world!
