💥A very emotional weekend full of shows and events for the official inaugural ceremony of the Old Bridge after the restoration.💥

🍀October 3 recalls October 3, 1948 when after the destruction occurred during the Second World War, the bridge was rebuilt and inaugurated by the Alpine, veterans of war, (who wear the typical cap with a pen) who made it their own symbol. This is why since then it has also commonly been called the "Alpine Bridge".🪵🧱🛶

🧑‍🎨It took 7 long years of restoration work to see our “new Old Bridge” again… 🧑‍🔧👩‍🎨.curious and a bit anxious,we just stood there and watched every little change, and it's with joy that we can now admire it, in all its beauty!💚🤍❤

🍀During the World War I, E. Hemingway was a volunteer of the American Red Cross. 🚑🚑🚑

While he was distributing chocolate and ci******es to Italian soldiers in the trenches near the front lines, an explosion seriously wounded him. But regardless of his injuries, Hemingway carried an Italian soldier on his back to a first-aid station, for which he received the Italian Silver Medal of Military Valour!🏅

His experience in Italy during W.W.I, was the inspiration to write his famous novel "A Farewell to Arms".💭📚 💚🤍❤

💭An ancient rural wisdom said: nothing is thrown away!
..and even after the distillate, the properties of "vinaccia" are not yet exhausted! It can be used to produce fertilizer, cosmetics or bio-fuels 🍇🔥🌱💃

💦At the end of the distillation process, not all the distillate is conserved but only the "heart", the central part, while the "head" and the "tail" are eliminated because they contain toxic and oily substances, that would give to grappa an unpleasant taste!

Also for this reason, Grappa is a precious product! ☺️🍇☺️
