We were able to do everything we wanted to do and more in just one day, but even if we hadn't, the Express Pass is good for your entire stay as long (as you have park tickets).

My first experience with a Universal Orlando Resort hotel was at Loews Portofino Bay and it did not disappoint. Just entering the resort, I knew it was going to be amazing. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought I would compare it to Disney, but it completely measured up. If you've been on the fence, I one hundred percent recommend it. I will post a few more pictures of the room and around the hotel.

Disney After Hours is back at Walt Disney World Resort for 2025, offering late-night adventures. These separately ticketed events are limited to a select number of guests, allowing everyone to enjoy Magic Kingdom Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT after they officially close for the day. You will experience shorter wait times for attractions, meet some of your favorite characters, and indulge in snacks like ice cream, popcorn, and select drinks. The events begin on January 6 at Magic Kingdom, January 22 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and February 27 at EPCOT.

Event times at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT are from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. Over at Hollywood Studios, event times are from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Plus, you can enter the parks as early as 7 p.m. to make the most of the night with your friends and family.

Here are a couple of Epcot Food & Wine favorites that you can still get this year. First, we have the Canadian Cheddar and Bacon Soup served a pretzel roll. Next, is the Filet Mignon (also from Canada) served with mushrooms, Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs Mashed Potatoes, and Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs Butter. These are both out of this world delicious!
