Active members—any firm or corporation managing, operating or providing accommodation to guests, travellers or tourists. Allied members—any firm, corporation or organisation providing products and services to the hotels and tourism industry

THRTA is governed by a Board of Directors whose mandate is to formulate policy and strategies. The Secretariat is staffed by an Chi

ef Executive Officer who is responsible for directing and administering the business of the Company and an Executive Assistant. The Board of Directors is elected at the Annual General Meeting held every two years. Under the By-Laws of the THRTA, ten members are elected - six are active members and four are allied members.
