Another winter trip to Adršpach Rock Town reveals the change of the massive rocks being perceived differently in another weather conditions. The frozen waterfalls made a great impression and highlighted the unique atmosphere one can enjoy when coming to nature resorts after freezing cold february days... The off-season absence of tourist crowds also vastly contributed to the quiet & peaceful day trip experience in the rocks.

The second day of New Year’s roadtrip to the mountains took us to the famous Bohemian Switzerland National Park and its best known icon, Europe’s biggest natural stone arch called Pravčická Brána.

Tour of Adršpach Rock town was a wonderful New Year opener... slightly challenging weather conditions both on roads & hiking trail did not stop us to undertake this snowy winter adventure and enjoy the lovely nature reserve just 2,5 hour drive off Prague. We have enjoyed the quiet moments in a beautiful rock formations with just a few hikers passing around.

The ruin bars area in Budapest is one of most vibrant parts of hungarian capital city which features bars & pubs nestled in a half-ruin houses, hidden courtyards and empty spaces sheltering some unexpected street food venues & food trucks... be it either quick lunch break or the evening visit to hang out with friends it will be definitely the city experience !

Alpine roadtrip is always a challenge ! 😢 Our last tour over Stelvio pass was half year ago but we are still sad to see this happen. Fortunately, there was no loss of life neither injuries. Hopefully, they will get the road fixed and open it for visitors soon... Good luck, guys !

Seriously considering to enter some monastery order... Monks live the stressless life in a big house with beautiful backgrounds, surrounded with vineyards and are granted the privilige to make the wine or brew the beer since middle ages... I could contemplate sitting on the barrel in a cellar each & every night in a year ! What more one needs really ?!? :D These augustinian guys in Neustift Monastery do some very good Kerner, Sylvaner & Pino Gri, to name a few white wines...
